When you drop to 0 hit points you can roll a constitution saving throw dc10 and if you succeed you drop to 1 hit point instead. Every time you use this feat before taking a long rest increase the saving throw dc by 5.(If you use this feat 1 time the dc increases to 15 then 20 then 25 etc.)
