Thri-Kreen

Age: Thri-Kreen age fast and die quickly. A typical Thri-Kreen reaches maturity at age 12 and lives for around 90 years.
Alignment: Thri-Kreen can seem alien to many, and they care not for the laws, leading most to have a chaotic bent to them. Thri-Kreen also tend toward neutrality, caring little for notions of good and evil.
Size: Thri-Kreen are tall and deceptively heavy. They are typically 6 to 7 feet tall and weigh around 200 to 300 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Names: Thri-kreen make no distinction between male and female names, and they do not use a surname. Thri-Kreen Names: Chak-tha, Drik-chkit, Kacht-ta, Kat’chka, Pak’cha, Pik-ik-cha, Ptekwe, Tak-tha, Tik-tik
Darkvision: You can see in dim light as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light out, to 60 feet. You cannot discern colors in darkness, only shades of grey.
Secondary Arms: You have two slightly smaller secondary arms below your primary pair of arms The secondary arms function like your primary arms, with the following exceptions: You can use a secondary arm to wield a weapon that has the light property, but you can’t use a secondary arm to wield other kinds of weapons and you can’t wield a shield with a secondary arm
Sleepless Revitalization: You do not require sleep and can choose to remain conscious during a long rest, though you must still refrain from strenuous activity to gain the benefit of the rest
Thri-kreen Telepathy: You have the magical ability to communicate mentally with any number of willing creatures you can see within 120 feet of you. A contacted creature doesn’t need to share a language with you, but it must be able to understand at least one language. Your telepathic link to a creature is broken if you and the creature move more than 120 feet apart, if either of you is incapacitated, or if either of you mentally breaks the contact (no action required)

Languages. You can read and write Common, but cannot speak it. You can also read, write and speak Thri-Kreen. Thri-Kreen is a language consisting of clicks, whistles, and snaps of a Thri-Kreen's mandibles to convey meaning. It is impossible for other creatures to speak it, but they can learn to understand and write it. Thri-Kreen recognize this, and when they communicate with other races, typically use their inborn telepathy.
