The hag magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies. Draining Kiss. The fey kisses a creature charmed by it or a willing creature. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw against this magic, taking 32 (5d10 + 5) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target’s hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

A horrible Fey that poses as a prostitute, when they manage to seduce their prey, they will take a little bit of their life away, keeping it for themselves, with this evil method of stealing youth, virginity and life, they can pose as beautiful women making it all the easier to seduce those around them. If a lady of the night looks almost too good to be true, it could be a successful Hookner who's risen through the ranks.
Street corners, in the nights of the New Moons are when the Hookners are most common, Full Moons generally scare them away for fear that authorities will mistake them for true common whores and arrest them for the night, causing them to waste away in their cells. On such bright nights they hang out in flashing night clubs with strobe lights or darkness. where they get juuust the amount of attention they can focus on
