Mount: Giant Bat. The rider mounts a Giant Bat, which fights independently on the riders tern while dismounted but flees if its rider dies. The bat is wearing leather armor and has special blinders that protect its eyes from bright light. Flyby. If a rider lands a mounted attack on a creature, that creature is unable to make opportunity attacks on the bat rider till the start of its next turn. Skilled Riders. Bat riders are skilled aerial cavalry and have special harnesses to keep them on their mount. Bat riders have advantage on any physical attempts to remove them from their mount. This includes any spell effects that have the push or pull feature and require a saving throw.
Multiattack. The rider makes one ranged attack with its firearm, using the following attack to reload, or two melee attacks with its scimitar, lance, or bat bite. Lance. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 6 Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 1d6+6 slashing damage. Bat Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage. Grenades. Thrown Explosive: +8 to hit, reach 30/60 ft., 5ft radius (DC13 Dex save). Hit: 6 2d6+6 fire damage. or Hand Cannon. Heavy Two-Handed Ranged/Melee: +8/+5 to hit, range 80/190/5ft., one target. Hit 6 2d6+6 / 1d10+3 piercing damage. Reload 1, misfire 3. Dive Bomb. The rider may abandon their mount and plummet towards a target below them. The rider must be within 30ft of the target and must make a (Dex) Acrobatics check against the targets (Dex) Acrobatics check. If the target fails they take half the amount of falling damage, rounded down, and is prone while the rider takes the other half, rounded down and is not prone. If the rider fails they take full fall damage and land prone. Roll a 1d4 to determine wherein a 10ft radius around the target the rider lands.
Float Like a Bat (1/Per-round). Due to the bat's erratic flight pattern (while mounted) the Goblin Rider may use its reaction to impose disadvantage on ranged attack rolls made against it.
