You create 5 flasks of potion with one of the effects below. (Your DM may allow other effects of the same power level) Healing. Heal for 4d8 +5 hit points
Strength. Increase strength score by 5 for one hour (up to 20)
Speed. Gain 30ft additional movement speed for one hour
Disguise. After you add a hair of the creature to the potion and drink it you transform so that you look like the target creature temporarily growing additional limbs and increasing or decreasing by one size category. Lasts one hour.
Love. A creature who drinks this potion will be charmed by the first creature it sees or a creature who shares the potion from the same bottle lasts one hour.
