Medium Human, Merchant, Lawful Neutral
An aging, rather rotund, merchant with a thick grey beard, bald head, and loud voice, Albrecht is the type of man who's presence is noticed by all when he enters a room. His occupation has been good to him, providing a comfortable level of wealth. He dresses in the the finest of clothing that is still rugged enough for the road and wears several rings and necklaces. He is always happy to speak, drink, or eat with a new found friend especially if there's a chance that friend might buy something from him. These days, Albrecht deals primarily in bulk shipments between large cities with pre-arranged buyers, as he has long since built a reliable network of trading partners. Albrecht is a regular visitor at The Watering Hole Inn, as he has a frequent route through the area. As such, he has grown to know the Bellames relatively well and after being at the inn for several hours, finds himself feeling rather suspicious about their behavior. Something feels 'off' to him. He will start asking questions, querying both Mikolas and the characters about whether or not they've also noticed that something is not quite right. Once Sullistikilar notices that Albrect has questions, the merchant becomes a valid target for ambush and capture. Should Albrecht be replaced by a doppelganger, he will revert to sitting at a back table, eating and drinking. He will no longer have any curiosity and simply answer that "everything is fine, I was just paranoid" if questioned about it.
Daring. I risked everything to build my trading network, and I'll gladly take that risk again.
I am married to the road and cannot imagine settling down, though I've long since been able to afford it.
I have been a part of too many bad deals. I do not easily trust the words of others.
