Medium Human, Child, Neutral Good
A child of approximately 8 years old, with a tangle of sandy brown hair and somewhat defiant attitude, Ella is the youngest of the Bellames. She is not yet old enough to do much useful work around The Watering Hole Inn, but does help out in both the kitchen and the stables when possible. Ella spends a great deal of her time outside in the garden and the surrounding wilderness, playing at make-believe and telling stories to herself. Nearly a year ago, Ella encountered a mysterious and beautiful woman out behind the inn. The woman had been sitting and watching from a distance, but Ella approached her fearlessly and struck up a conversation. In the intervening months, the woman has returned periodically to the same place and continued speaking with the child. Ella has grown to trust her and think of her as something of a big sister and mentor. Her family simply believes that she has an imaginary friend and will grow out of it soon enough.
