Multiattack. The harpy makes two attacks: one with its claws and one with its club.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 ( 2d4+1 ) slashing damage.

Rending Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage, plus 10 (2dl0) psychic damage if the target is frightened. This attack ignores damage resistance.

Disarming Song. The sky howlies have a special voice that makes it harder to resist the effects of other songs and sounds. While a sky howlie is singing the difficulty for anyone who can hear the song to make a Wisdom saving throw is increased by 2. This can stack with other sky howlies.


 

A confusing mess of Howler and Harpy this creature seems to take more from the Harpy. It walks on two feet and has wings to carry it though some of its feet are fleshy paws. Covered in flesh, feathers, scales, and teeth there seems to be some magic at play.
