A sleek and slim man, with sandy blonde hair and olive skin: Aiser is a sight to behold.
As a Doppelganger: Aiser has a distrust towards those around him for fear of them uncovering his secret identity. But also because he is concerned with his skill in dirty tactics being uncovered as well.
Aiser has no interest in serving anyone but himself, and will do anything to accomplish his goals or achieve what he wants.
Aiser has a weakness for alcohol, and his gambling problem leads to him jumping on any opportunity to either play a game of luck and chance or to get a quick drink.
Aiser prefers to keep to Urban and developed areas, as his skills are at better use here.
Aiser is a 4th-Level Wizard, and his Spellcasting ability is Intelligence (Spell Save DC 17, +9 hit with Spell Attacks). Aiser has the following spells prepared: Cantrips (At Will): True Strike (Reloaded), Dancing Lights, Fire Bolt, Mage Hand 1st Level (4 Slots): Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Find Familiar, Ice Knife, Magic Missle 2nd Level (3 Slots): Fortune's Favor, Mind Spike, Detect Thoughts, Suggestion
Shapechanger: As a bonus action, you can change into any medium sized humanoid. This new form can only be discerened by those familiar with the new form. At 10th level, you can cast Polymorph at 4th level on yourself and can transform into any medium sized creature with a Challenge Rating equal to or less than your level. While in this form, you can still speak and cast spells. You can cast this spell once per short or long rest.
Aiser is a 6th-Level Inquisative Rogue:Sneak Attack. Once per turn, Aiser can deal an additional 3d6 damage to one creature should he have Advantage on the attack roll. This attack must be ranged or with a Finesse Weapon.
Cunning Action. Aiser can use his Bonus Action to either: Dash, Disengage, or Hide.
Ear for Deceit. Whenever rolling a Wisdom (Insight) check, Aiser treats any 7 as an 8 when rolled.
Eye for Detail. Aiser can make a Wisdom (Perception) check as a Bonus Action when attempting to spot a hidden creature or object. Aiser can make a Wisdom (Investigation) check as a Bonus Action when attempting to uncover or decipher clues.
Insightful Fighting. When in combat, Aiser can make a Wisdom (Insight) check on a target contested by the target's Charisma (Deception) check. On a success, Aiser can make a Sneak Attack even without Advantage or with Disadvantage. On a success, he can attempt a Sneak Attack for a minute. After successfully making a Sneak Attack, Aiser can target another creature.
Uncanny Dodge. If an attack hits Aiser, he can use his reaction to halve the damage taken.
Aiser is a 4th-Level Divination Wizard:Arcane Recovery. Once per day, on a short rest, Aiser can recover either two 1st Level Spell Slots or one 2nd Level Spell Slots.
Portent. After finishing a Long Rest, Aiser can roll two d20s and use those rolls on any other roll made throughout the day. Each roll can only be used once and after another long rest, any unused roll is lost.
Multiattack: Aiser can make two attacks with his Rapier, or make one ranged attack using his Reinforced Deck of Cards, or he could draw one card from his Fate's Hand. Rapier.
