On consumption roll on the table below 1-2 Healthy Spirit - For 30 minutes your Constitution is increased by 2. 3-4 Invigorate - You regain 4d4+4 HP 5-6 Party Time! - For 2 Minutes your character will randomly break out in dancing every 15 seconds, possibly interrupting spells or other actions. 7-8 Rejuvenation - Your character becomes 1d4-1 years younger. This effect can be reverted with the Remove Curse spell. 9-10 Shrink - For 2 minutes your size category is reduced by one and your Strength and Constitution are reduced by 2. For example, a Medium creature would become Small and a Small creature would become Tiny. 11-12 Sleepy - Your character is put to sleep as if by the “Sleep” spell for 30 seconds.
