All Automatons

Age. Automatons can function for seemingly forever as long as they are properly taken care of.   Size. Automatons vary widely in size and shape. Most automatons are medium in size.   Constructed Body. Automatons are very different from other races due to being constructed and given a spark of life. This is represented in the following traits:

• You have advantage on saving throws against poison and are resistant to poison damage.
• You do not have to eat, drink, or breathe.
• You are immune to disease.
• You don't need to sleep and magic can't put you to sleep.
• You are vulnerable to lightning damage if made of metal or fire damage if made of wood.

  Sentry's Rest. When you take a long rest you must spend six hours in an inactive, motionless state, rather than sleeping. In this state, you appear inert, but it doesn’t render you unconscious, and you can see and hear as normal.     Specialized Design. You gain one tool proficiency and one skill proficiency of your choice.     Integrated Protection. You gain +1 to your armor class and can integrate armor into your body. To do this you must be in contact with the armor for 1 hour. Your armor can not be separated from you against your will.
