You are possessing another being, taking control over their body as a vessel for your power.  You may choose another playable race to be possessing, such as halfling or human from the Player's Handbook; you replace your size and speed with that of the possessed race, your outward appearance is that of the one you possessed of that race, you are not considered a shape-changer but true sight will reveal your spiritual self, you do not gain the benefits of being that race such as stats or dark-vision.
