Fae

Beings of the Feywild: Fae do not adhere to the natural lores of the material plane. As such they do not need to sleep, but require 4 hours of low level activity to constitute a long rest. They cannot be put to sleep, and they cannot be charmed by spells of 3rd level or lower (DM discretion).
Power of Names: Names hold great power to Fae, and are important to Fae culture. If you know someone's true name, you have advantage during social encounters, and they have disadvantage to saving throws against being charmed by you. However, if someone knows your True name, they can control you as if you were under a Command or Geas spell.
Not of this World: Your body works differently to those of the material. You are vulnerable to cold iron, but cannot be aged by magical or physical means.
