Overview. 
"blessed be our mother that grants us the flame of protection. Mother Bear, grant me your wisdom for the night is long, and my mind fragile. Mother Bear, grant me your fury so my enemies know your might. Mother Bear, Protect my family should I fall, your guidance, and warmth may replace mine should the worst come to pass. For our home of fire, and snow!"
Arthine where once human mortals who followed the Cinder Bear before and during the mass sealing of demigods at the hands of mortal. These followers came to Theidosa's aid in conflict as well as negotiations. When the enemy mortals could not be reasoned with, Theidosa guided several demigods and their followers to the frigid south in an attempt to hide and be forgotten by these malicious people. Over hundreds of years, Theidosa's close followers have been changed by the Cinder Bear's influance,warping them into a new ursine race known as Arthine. Now they seclude themselves at the mountain Theidosa calls home and hide her from all outsiders, no mater the cost.  


Age. Arthain can live up to 120 years old, however most arthain don't make it past the age of 80.
Alignment. Arthain tend toward Chaotic good or neutral, following in the spontaneous footsteps of their patron.
Dark Vision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Arthain Training. Growing up in the savage cold of the south, you had to learn quick how to survive with or without help. Your have proficiency in survival skill checks.

Bear's Claws. Your Claws are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. Additionally, your claws may be used in the same manner as a tinder box/ flint and steel.

Fire Within. You are resistant to Fire Damage, and you're naturally adapted to cold climates, as described in chapter 5 of the Dungeon master's guide.

Mark of The Cinder Bear. Starting at level 3, you can use your bonus action to ignite your body in the fire of the cinder bear. Mark of the Cinder Bear lasts of 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. While Mark of the Cinder Bear is active, dim light spreads out from you in a 20 ft radius, additionally your melee attacks deal additional fire damage equal to half your level (rounded up).
