This small taser radiates the typical vibrant blue color of hextech technology while it has charges. Its gold surfaces shine in the blue glow.

The Number of charges is equal to the wielder's proficiency bonus. They are regained on a short rest. Zap!
The target makes a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 12+ the wielder's Proficiency bonus. On a failed save the target is restrained until the end of their next turn, if they fail the save by 4 or more they are stunned instead. On a success, they only take the damage and are not affected.
