The Freljord is timeless, and its people have ancient tradition, from the great spirits of the land, to the original three sisters. Through the ancient cold, they have forged bonds of great strength through clans, each with their own dialect and society. The Warmothers and their Bloodsworn, leading Iceborn work to protect or conqueror the Hearthbound.
- Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2.
- Age. Humans reach adulthood in their late teens and live less than a century.
- Alignment. Humans tend toward no particular alignment. The best and the worst are found among them.
- Size. Humans vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Regardless of your position in that range, your size is Medium.
- Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
- Skills. You choose one skill from the following to gain proficiency in: Animal Handling, Medicine, Nature, Perception, Survival.
- Frozen Heritage. You have resistance to cold damage.
Bloodline of Avarosa
The humans related to the legendary warmother of Avarosa, are charsmatic and group orientated people. They seek to reunite the Freljord under one crown, that works for the best of all people.
- Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 1.
- Avarosa's Guidance Twice a day, after you roll, you can choose to add +2 to any Charisma based check.
Bloodline of the First Fire
The humans related to the first smiths, ancient and wise, the craftsman pass down a warforged history and now disparate, are some of the world's greatest smiths.
- Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by one.
- Burning Tradition When using tools to create an object, you can use your Wisdom modifier instead of Intelligence.
- The Living Forge After creating an item, gain temporary health equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1).
Bloodline of Ice Queen
The humans that follow an ancient Sorceress, are careful and insidious people. They seek to control the Freljord, and to stop a darker force from deep within.
- Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence score increases by 1.
- The Ice Queen's Touch You know the Frostbite cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Ice Knife spell once as a 2nd-level spell. Once you reach 5th level, you can also cast the Arcane Lock spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast these spells again with this trait. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Bloodline of Lokfar
The humans related to the coastal peninsula of Lokfar, one of the most brutal places in the Freljord. The warriors that hail from its slodging shores are relentless and determined to die in glory.
- Ability Score Increase. You choose either your Strength or Dexterity score to increase by one.
- Emboldening Challenge When rolling for initiative against a single enemy, you can add your proficiency bonus to the roll, this does not with other skills or feats that would add your proficiency bonus to your initiative roll.
Bloodline of The Ursine
The humans related to the terrifying monks of the Volibear, are dangerous and violent people. They seek to overwhelm the Freljord with cannibalistic rage, anything for the Volibear.
- Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 1.
- The Ursine's Savagery When calculating the damage of a critical hit, deal an additional +3 lightning damage.
Languages. You can speak, read, write, Freljordian common and Noxus common.
- Additionally choose one extra language from the following options: Bilgewater common, Freljordian common, Ionian common, Shuriman-Ancient, Shuriman-Modern, Vastayan.
