Children of the Dragons

Age Young children of the dargons grow quickly. They walk hours after hatching, attain the size and development of a 10-year-old human child by the age of 3, and reach adulthood by 15. They live to be around 80.   Alignment Children of the dragons tend to extremes.   For those who have a breath weapon, the DC for this saving throw equals 8 + their Constitution modifier + their proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After they use their breath weapon, they can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.   Fire Those with fire ancestry usually have scales of red, orange, copper or brass colours. Their horns are shorter and often curled. They can breathe fire in a 4.5 meters wide cone (Dex save) and have a resistance to fire.   Ice Those who come for Ice Dragons have white or silver scales, their horns are short and pointy and their eyes are the most piercing blue you’ve ever seen. They have a resistance to cold and can breathe ice in a 4.5-meter wide cone. (Con save)   Acid Children of the Dragons with Acid Dragon ancestry usually have jet black scales and curled horns. Their eyes glow green, and they can spew acid in a 1.5 by 9 meters line (Dex save). They are also resistant to acid.   Poison Those with Poison Dragon ancestors have sickly green or yellow scales. Their horns are sharp and long. They have a resistance to poisons and can breathe a 4.5 meters wide cone of poison fumes (Con save).   Lightning Children of Lighting Dragons have bright blue or bronze scales and have horns shaped like lightning bolts. They have a resistance to lighting and can breathe a 1.5 by 9 meters line of lighting (Dex save).   Uncommon   Aquatic Children of the Dragons with aquatic ancestry have scales of blue and purple shades, fin-like crests on their body, and horns like antelopes. They can breathe underwater, have a swim speed of 12 meters, and some can even control water. They also have a mild resistance to acid.   Lava Those of Lava Dragon ancestry have scales that almost look like rock, with a red or orange glow coming from between them and red-ish eyes. Their horns are hooked on the ends and they can control lava, to an extent. They also have a resistance to fire and lava.   Plant Children of the Dragons who descend from Plant Dragons tend to have scales in shades of green, some even have small flowers growing on parts of their body. They have horns that look like deer antlers, and can often make plants grow or bloom or communicate with them, to a limit.   Air Those descending from Air Dragons have light blue or yellow scales, as well as translucent bat-like wings. Their horns are long and corkscrew-shaped, they are more svelte than other Children of the Dragons, and they have the ability to fly and control the wind, to some extent.   Earth Descendants of Earth Dragons have scales in earthy tones, and it’s not rare to see one with crystals embedded in their skin. They have ram-like horns and are often bulkier than most Children of the Dragons. They can even bend earth and resist fire. +2 Constitution and +1 Strength.   Rare   Fey Those who come from the Fey Dragon have scales in pastel hues, as well as nearly translucent wings. Their horns look like antlers are often iridescent. They can fly in short burst and glide, as well as perform magic more easily.   Divine Children of the Dragons who come from Divine Dragons are very rare. They have golden scales and eyes. They have larger wings than others and horns that shimmer in the sun. They can breathe a 4.5-meter cone of pure light (Radiant Damage/Con save) and actually fly properly.   Spectral Descendents of Spectral Dragons have scales in cool grey hues and eyes that constantly change colour. Their horns are short and on the back of their heads, and allow them to speak to the dead. (Once per short rest.)
