Kobold Ingenuity.
During a long rest, you can choose to create up to two bear traps. You can only carry two traps at a time and you can set these traps on the on the ground as long as it isn't difficult terrain. Any small or medium creatures can trigger the trap, anything larger will break the trap, and anything smaller won't trigger the trap at all. When triggered, the creature that triggered it takes 1 point of damage and becomes restrained until the end of their next turn. You and your allies can also trigger the trap, and it takes 1 minute to set the trap.
Pack Tactics.
You have advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of your allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

You have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
