Age: Cre’tani live the shortest of the races of the world, but still live quite long lives. 100-300 cycles on average, sometimes longer.   Alignment: Anything and everything comes and goes from these people.   Size: Vary widely, but usually 5-6 feet. Your size is Medium   Speed: Your walking speed is 30.   Language: Adapting and coming into areas and being very connected and being the diplomats of the world allows Cre’tani to pick up languages easily. You learn one language bases on your home area.   Fiery Heart: With a connection to the fiery spirits, you can call upon them when recovering. As a 10 minute ritual during a short or long rest, you can ward off negative effects such as through a remove curse, remove poison, or otherwise, and increasing healing by 1d6 per hit dice used. The removal of negative effects is determined by the DM based on their strength of casting.   Dance of Life: Growing and prospering the spark of life is your people's connection to each other. When you fall to 0 hit points, you can resist this and instead go up to 1 hit point instead. You can use this effect once per long rest.
