Ceros Elves

Lore Long ago in the Gallodros Desert a wasteland of sand, heat, and harsh winds lied the elves, these elves try'd to deal the the harsh climate of the land and many of them perished, but the elves prayed to Gallodros to spare them but the God did not listen nor did he care for the elves for he was the God of Ruin. The elves continued to pray to him but alas the one that heard there prayer was not Gallodros but instead his son Ceros who came to the elves and gave the a home within the desert as well as a small piece of his power so they may thrive within this harsh land it is this reason why the Sand elves of the Gallodros desert praise Ceros more than any other god and find it a punishment worth death to defile his name.     Ceros's gift You know the Control Flames cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Burning Hands spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Dust Devil spell at 2nd level once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.   Fey Ancestry You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.   Trance Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is “trance.”) While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.   Darkvision You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Keen skill You have proficiency in the Survival skill.   Elf Weapon Training You have proficiency with the longsword, shortsword, shortbow, and longbow.   Cero's blessing You do not take exhaustion in very hot climate.
