ARCANE RECOVERY
Once per day when you finish a short rest, you can choose expended spell slots to recover. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than half your wizard level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 6th level or higher.

SPELL MASTERY
At 18th level, you have achieved such mastery over certain spells that you can cast them at will. Choose a 1st-level wizard spell and a 2nd-level wizard spell that are in your spellbook. You can cast those spells at their lowest level without expending a spell slot when you have them prepared. If you want to cast either spell at a higher level, you must expend a spell slot as normal.
By spending 8 hours in study, you can exchange one or both of the spells you chose for different spells of the same levels.

SIGNATURE SPELLS
When you reach 20th level, you gain mastery over two powerful spells and can cast them with little effort. Choose two 3rd-level wizard spells in your spellbook as your signature spells. You always have these spells prepared, they don’t count against the number of spells you have prepared, and you can cast each of them once at 3rd level without expending a spell slot. When you do so, you can’t do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
If you want to cast either spell at a higher level, you must expend a spell slot as normal.
Proficiences
Each time you gain a wizard level, you can add two wizard spells of your choice to your spellbook for free.
To copy a spell into your spellbook: 2 hours and costs 50 gp
To copy a spell from your spellbook: 1 hour and 10 gp

You prepare the list of wizard spells that are available for you to cast from your spellbook. Int + level (minimum of one spell). You can change your list of prepared spells when you finish a long rest; 1 minute per spell level for each spell on your list.

Also starting at 6th level, your healing spells are more effective. Whenever you use a spell of 1st level or higher to restore hit points to a creature, the creature regains additional hit points equal to 2 + the spell's level.

ARCANE PRIEST: BLESSED HEALER
Beginning at 10th level, the healing spells you cast on others heal you as well. When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores hit points to a creature other than you, you regain hit points equal to 2 + the spell's level.

ARCANE HIGH PRIEST: SUPREME HEALER
Starting at 14th level, when you would normally roll one or more dice to restore hit points with a spell, you instead use the highest number possible for each die.

Aleksan'dr grew up in a farm on the distant land of Quori with his mother Farida, his father Abdul Aleksan'dr was a brilliant man who left them when he was very young for reasons they don't really know about, and since he was very small he started going through his father's study, reading some of his books, picking up things, he was naturally good at it and started doing magic just on his own. his mother was very proud, but sad she couldn't really afford to take him to a school or anything that would make use of his promise. one day, a man (Kaeso Dexion) that was travelling close by caught eye of Alek, and he offered to take him under his wing and bring him to the capital to learn, basically to like, adopt him? but in a way that made it seem a little more on the servant side ("he can help around the house, things like that, to pay me"). Alek wasn't sure if he wanted to go and leave his mother, but she was very insistent that he should go, so he did. over the years the man turned more and more cruel and abusive, seeing Alek as a tool, something he was investing in to use later, and at one point, a maid (or someone, idk if rich important people have maids in this world) saw one of their exchanges (something tame like a slap, or yelling), and word got out a bit. to avoid a full scandal, Dexion decided to get out of the capital, with the excuse of taking my Alek to see his family. instead he basically just set him loose with a vague mission to keep an eye out for him around the city, to become more powerful and grow, with the added intention of keeping him away from the city's watch, but still within reach (i assume he can cast divinations spells to communicate if he needs him or something).
 
Alek worshipped Ilmater in secret, after the deity came to him. He might have been the one to guide the maid to stumble into such a scene.
