This finely wrought ring seems to be made of dozens of interlocking fine wires. The ring has 6 charges, and regains 1d6 charges at dawn. The attuned user may spend an action to activate the ring, targeting one creature up to 30 feet away. Make an attack roll with proficiency+Dex. If the targeted creature is hit, it is blasted with a ball of force, taking 1d8 force damage and is shoved 5 feet directly away from the user for each charge spent. If the last charge is spent, the item has a 5% chance of exploding, dealing 5d8 damage to all creatures within 20 feet, and shoving them to the edge of that area.
