These sedentary plants resemble large mossy toads with a large lily pad on their back that shades them from the sun.
They generally float around in swampy water, snapping up fish and snagging insects from the air with its whip vine tongue.
They extrude a pulpy mix of mucus and plant matter which gives off a hideous stench that insects love.
