This necklace gives you quick premonitions of the immediate future. You can no longer suffer from the surprised condition.
As a bonus action you can expel one spell slot, the amulet gets a number of charges equal to the level of the spell slot used. You can use charges, to do the following things:

• As a reaction to an attack against you, you can impose disadvantage on the attack roll. This also works for enemies hidden from you. (1 charge)
• As a reaction to a spell which has you make a Dexterity or Strength saving throw, you gain advantage on that saving throw. (1 charge)
• The subtle spell metamagic and similar features do not prevent you from reacting to a spell. (2 charges)
