These baggy, multicolored magical pants have two pockets. If the wearer places a small object inside one of the pockets for 1 minute, they can cast minor illusion on that object, requiring no components. The pants have 5 charges. They regain 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. As an action, the wearer can spend 1 charge to give themselves or a creature they touch advantage on Charisma checks for one minute. The wearer can also take an action and spend 1 charge to cast charm person or disguise self, or 3 charges to cast major image, requiring no components. If the wearer expends the last charge, roll a d20. On a roll of 1-5, the pants disappear in a flash of light, affecting creatures in a 30-ft cone as with the Color Spray spell at 9th level (24d10 hit points).
