You create a ball of blinding light that you are able to lob to a point up to 40ft away. Creatures within a 15ft radius must make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded and deafened for 2 rounds. They can make a Constitution saving throw at the start of their turn to get rid of the effect early.
At higher levels: You may cast this spell using a 2nd level spell slot or higher. When you do, you increase the round duration by +1. For example if you cast this spell at 5th level it can last for 5 rounds.
