you create a small tornado which can be used as a stepping stone. Any creature of your choice that steps on these Tornadoes has it's jumping distance multiplied by 3 as long as the creature is standing in the tornado. enemy creatures receive 2d4 slashing damage when standing in the tornadoes.
 
At higher levels: for every level above 2nd level you cast this spell upon, you cast an additional Tornado.
