This holy item of the Lady of Grief takes the shape of two silver vambraces connected by a silver chain.   Two willing creatures attune to the item, each wearing one of the bracers. Once attuned, the chain magically disappears, though the two creatures remain mystically linked to one another while each wears a vambrace and remain on the same plane of existence. While linked in this way, each creature adds the max hit points of the other to their own max hit point total. When one takes damage, the other takes the same amount of damage. Each is aware of the general direction and distance of the other, as well as their general health, well being, and mental state.    By drawing on one another's strength, both attuned creatures gain advantage on Strength and Constitution saving throws. However, this link is not without its drawbacks. Sharing in one another's mental and physical pain, if either has the condition(s) blinded, deafened, fatigued, frightened, paralyzed, poisoned, stunned, or gain a point of exhaustion by any means, the other must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or also gain the condition.   (1/day) You may cast the spell Warding Bond on your shackled partner without components or using a spell slot. The range for casting becomes 60 ft instead of touch, but otherwise the spell functions normally.
