6-level Necromancy (ritual)
Within 24 hours of a creature's death, assuming its soul hasn't been removed, the caster can remove and contain it in the glass container, with the honey used as a coagulant. Frequently, the soul will be contested by a victim's god, at which point the caster must succeed on an Arcana check to successfully steal it. The caster can burn another of their spell slots of any level to gain an equivalent bonus to the check (ex: Level 2 slot = +2 to roll). On a failed check, the soul is lost to the god that contested it.
