1-level Divination (ritual)

Choose a humanoid that you can see within range and can make direct eye contact with. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for as long as you do not break eye contact with them. During the duration, you peer into the subject's soul and discern their true desires, gaining a permanent +5 to insight checks against your target, however the target will also be able to see your soul as well gaining a permanent +5 insight against you, you can only affect targets with this spell once.  
 
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you gain an additional +5 to insight checks against the target per level, the target of the spell retains his bonus of +5 to insight checks against you no matter what level the spell is cast at. Additionally the max duration is 1 minute longer for each spell slot of 2nd or higher.
