0-level (Cantrip) Evocation

Cradling the spark of flame in your palm you strike out at those who would harm you with a burst of flames. Make a melee spell attack against a target dealing 1d8 fire damage on a hit. Targets are set ablaze and take 1d4 fire damage at the end of their turn until they are extinguished.   The spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), 17th level (4d8).
