You teleport yourself to a destination of your choice within range. You must have been to or be able to see this area. You can bring along objects as long as their weight doesn’t exceed what you can carry. You can also teleport one willing creature of your size or smaller who is carrying gear up to its carrying capacity. The creature must be within 5 feet of you when you cast this spell.   Your familiarity with the destination determines whether you arrive there successfully. The DM rolls d100 and consults the table.

  On Target. You and your companion appear where you want to.   Off Target. You and your companion appear a random distance away from the destination in a random direction.   Mishap. You and your companion appear a random distance away from the destination in a random direction, and got stuck in another creature or object. A table is rolled to determine what this is. Upon reappearing, space immediately corrects itself, forcefully ripping apart the anomalies. You, your companion and your objects take 3d10 force damage, as well as any potential creature or object you might have jaunted into.
