6-level Evocation

You overwhelm a creature with rage and frustration, to the point of the creature becoming too reckless in battle. You touch a creature within range. The target must then succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be overcome with rage. Whilst enraged in this way, the target has disadvantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws (except those made against this spell), and all attack rolls made against it are made at advantage. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the spells effects on a success.
