You create a minor change in the appearance of a willing creature you touch. You create one of the following magical effects:

Change the tone, shape or style of the target's hair.

Slightly change the form or the color of a piece of clothing the creature is wearing.

Create or hide scar-like marking or tattoos on the creature's skin. The effect is not an illusion, and anyone who knows how the creature looks like can immediately recognize it. If the changes are made with the intention of hiding one's identity, anyone that doesn't personally know the target has disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks and Intelligence (Investigation) checks to do so. You can have up to three instances of this effect active at once. The creature that this is cast upon can dispel the effects at any time.
