This small glass sphere contains a miniature diorama of a savanna inside it. Regardless of the orientation of the sphere, the savanna is always oriented right side up.   When the sphere shatters, all land within a 100 ft radius is transformed into a savanna. Within the radius, the temperature instantly becomes temperate, the soil becomes fertile, and dry grass sprouts up wherever it can. 1d4 dry oak trees appear in random unoccupied spots within the affected area. 1d4 elk (see Monster Manual, pg 322) and one lion (see Monster Manual, pg 331) also appear in random unoccupied spaces. These creatures are wild animals, and act of their own initiative.   Buildings, roads, and other man-made structures are not affected by the Bio Sphere, though they do gain the appearance of a structure that has been abandoned and overgrown.   Constructs must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw, or be restrained by tall reeds that appear around it. The construct may repeat the save on each of its turns.   After one week, the temperature falls back to what it was before, though the grasses, trees, soil, and animals remains.
