   The Sword-Breaker is a short dagger with a thick blade, on the back of the blade is a series of notches that are designed to catch an opponents blade and then twist it out of their hand.
   When an enemy makes a melee attack with a bladed weapon and misses, you can use your reaction to make an opposed attack, if your total exceeds your opponents, they drop their weapon.
