While heart of water is in effect, you gain a swim speed equal to your movement speed and the ability to breathe water as if under the effect of a water breathing spell. In addition, you gain advantage on checks to escape grapples. Furthermore, while heart of water is active, you can use your reaction to cast the freedom of movement spell on yourself. This benefit lasts for 1 minute. Once the freedom of movement effect has been used, heart of water ends. If heart of water is active on you at the same time as heart of air, heart of earth, and heart of fire, you become immune to extra damage from critical hits and sneak attacks.
