  You embrace the feebleness of life within yourself and others, whittling down their usefulness with every strike.   When you cast this spell, you infuse yourself with negative energy, allowing you to fire bursts of energy from your fingertips. Once per round, as a standard action, you may fire a 30ft line of energy. Each living creature in the stream must make a will save or take 2d6 negative energy damage. For the duration of the spell, the targets that failed their will saves take a -1 penalty on attack rolls, damage rolls, skill checks, saving throws, and ability checks. In addition, for every additional time the creature takes damage from this spell after failing a will save, the penalty increases by 1 for the duration of the spell (maximum -10). This penalty does not stack with other castings of this spell, including from the same caster.
