7-level Conjuration

A storm made of thick snow and ice appear in a 30-foot radius. The area is heavily obscured by the blizzard. When the blizzard appears, each creature in the area takes 8d8 cold damage or half as much with a successful Constitution saving throw. A creature makes this saving throw and takes damage when it enters the area for the first time or ends its turn there.   In addition, a creature that takes damage from this spell has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration on a spell until the start of its next turn.
