The lowest, basest, and feeblest of the verminkin, wretchlings are starved and rabid creatures, with barely enough intelligence to make even the simplest of plans. Alone, little distinguishes them from a common rat. However, when bullied or tormented by smarter verminkin, like a verminkin schemer, they can form an expendable horde of footsoldiers.
