Single use for one person. Upon crushing the crystal a green mist is unleashed. When the vapor is inhaled you gain all the benefits of a long rest. 8 hours after drinking it you receive a point of exhaustion and must take a long rest to remove it. Each time you suspend this effect you take two additional points of exhaustion. While under the effect your veins become apparent and turn a violent green.
