For the first few seconds that this poultice is exposed to open oxygenized air, it behaves as a liquid and stretches out over a flat surface in a 5 square foot area. Within seconds of its exposure to air, it changes form into a semisolid that clings to any surface that it comes into contact with.

Creatures that touch this goop for the first time OR start their turn in contact with the poultice must make a Dex Saving Throw (DC 13) or be Restrained until they succeed the saving throw at the end of each of their subsequent turns.

Washes away with high pressured hot water and separates naturally after 1 minutes of exposure to oxygen
