The Bhailitheoir's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft. one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) 2d8+4 slashing damage.
Stowaway: As an action, a Bhailitheoir may place its carried container onto the ground or turn its back towards a creature(s). If it is placed on the ground, all creatures apart from the Bhailitheoir within 30 feet of the container must succeed on a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be bodily drawn into and trapped within the container. If the Bhailitheoir is carrying the container on their back when they use this ability, all creatures in a 30 ft. cone behind the Bhailitheoir must make a Strength save instead. A creature captured in this way is restrained and considered incapacitated for as long as they remain trapped inside the container. A Bhailitheoir's container may hold up to two creatures, regardless of size. A Bhailitheoir may release one trapped creature as a bonus action. Any creatures released in this manner are stunned until the end of their next turn.
Confounding Escape: As an action, a Bhailitheoir may teleport itself and all it is carrying, including trapped creatures, to a new location within 1000 feet of its current location. It can teleport through walls and floors or ceilings but it must be familiar with the location is it teleporting to.
A hunched figure, draped in a cowl and cloak, hiding the body beneath it. Strapped to its back is a collection of containers ranging from jars to baskets to trunks. They wander forgotten places and dungeons, seeking out mortals to ensnare and carry away.
