A short piece of rope, no longer than a hamd is wide. When touched by anyone not attuned to it, they will be teleported instantly upwards 35 feet, from which point gravity takes over. By using the command word "Surround", the rope will elongate, creating a floating ring in a twenty foot diameter centered on the attuned speaker. This last for 8 hours, and recharges after 24 hours.
