While this bracer is attached to a creatures wrist it can use an action to press the fire button to fire the grappling hook at an object or surface within 60 feet to attempt to hook on to it. If successful the creature may then use a bonus action to press the recall button to pull the object back towards the creature or pull the creature towards the surface as appropriate. The bracer can pull up to 80lbs at a rate of 15ft/turn, if the weight exceeds 80lbs but is less than 160lbs the speed drops to 5ft/round.
