Emmara has advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks when speaking on behalf of the Selesnya Conclave.   Nature's Sanctuary. When a creature attempts to attack Emmara for the first time, it must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must choose a different target or lose the attack. On a successful save, the creature is immune to this effect for 24 hours.   Fey Ancestry. Emmara has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put her to sleep.

Actions

Multiattack. Emmara makes two attacks with her Staff of the Worldsoul.   Staff of the Worldsoul. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage plus 13 (3d8) radiant damage.   Conclave's Blessing (Recharge 5-6). Emmara channels the collective spirit of the Selesnya Conclave, creating a 30-foot-radius sphere of golden-green energy centered on herself. Each friendly creature in the area gains 2d10 temporary hit points and advantage on attack rolls until the start of Emmara's next turn. Additionally, each enemy creature in the area must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be overwhelmed by radiant energy, taking 27 (6d8) radiant damage and being blinded until the end of its next turn.

Legendary Actions

Cantrip. Emmara casts one of her cantrips.   Healing Touch (Costs 2 Actions). Emmara touches one creature and restores 20 (4d8 + 2) hit points to it.
