The Harlequinnn

Wondrous Item Common

The small construct is a walking encyclopedia, able to recall perfectly any text it has been shown. The Harlequin, can be active for an hour a day, during which time, it will answer any question it is given, to the best of its ability, providing advantage to anyone performing academic skill tests related to History, Religion, Nature, and the use of Cartography, Calligraphy, Mason, Musical instrument, and Navigational tools. The Harlequin can also point out basic logical fallacies and hold academic or instructional conversations. The Harlequin is not intelligent, self-aware, and only has the veneer of a personality. Further, its knowledge is based purely on information it has been exposed to but can be instructed on new subjects.   The Harlequin is incredibly fragile with 5 hit points. Further, handling the Harlequin, exposing it to the elements, or otherwise letting it get dirty can clog and lock the gears, permanently killing it. The Harlequin comes with a base and a capping glass dome to protect it, but both are also fragile, meant primarily to protect it from dust and moisture. When the Harlequin speaks, its voice is tinny, having a music box like tennor.
