You become 1d6+4 feet taller and are now one size category larger than you were.   When you deal damage with a weapon, you deal 1 additional die of damage to the target. In addition, you have advantage on strength checks and saving throws against creatures smaller than you, and creatures smaller than you have disadvantage on strength checks and saving throws against you.
