The magician comples the universe to revivivfy any expenditures made by a target creature since the start of its last turn. Any such expenditures are reverted, replenishing any expended spell slots of 6th level or lower, class features, or action modifications like Extra Attack or Action Surge. This effect does not change the effect or outcome of any actions or expendatures made, such as the effects of a spell cast, or the damage dealt by any attacks.

At higher levels: If cast using a 8th level slot, expenditure returned goes back two turns (not one) and returns spell slots of up to 7th level. If cast using a 9th level slot, expenditure returned goes back three turns (not one) and returns spell slots of up to 8th level. If cast using a 10th level slot, expenditure returned goes back four turns (not one) and returns spell slots of up to 9th level.
