As part of the casting, you take radiant damage equal to 2d4.   Once per long rest, as an action, you can emit a burst of radiant energy. Each creature of your choice within 20 feet must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier). On a failed save, a creature takes radiant damage equal to 2d8 + your cleric level and is blinded until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn't blinded.
